MoodQ is designed to track your mood state and situational experiences (exercise, social interactions, stress levels, etc.) multiple times per day for a period of 1 week. This app will give you greater insight into your mood states and how they fluctuate in every day life. The questions are designed to be brief yet comprehensive enough to form a picture of how mood relates to other daily events. Please note that this app is being used to collect data for research being conducted by Deakin University, Australia. Data collected from the app - although completely anonymous - will be sent back to the researchers as part of their intended project.
